What is your purpose? Nobody has only one, we all have many, but The World is asking you "What is your purpose right now?" Is it healing? Is it love? Is it a career? Is it activism? Or maybe right now you just need to exist without outer expectations being upon you?

Whatever it is, even if you'd rather be doing something different, be there. Be present in it. Find a way to enjoy it to its fullest extent. Because we only get this moment. In the next moment, this moment will be gone. So live each moment as though they truly matter. Because they do.

Even if you're just binge watching Netflix. The important part is to be present in all you do. That's where our purpose lies. In being present at all times.

I am here to remind you to sometimes you need to sit back, take stock, and reevaluate what you've got going on in your life.

Do you have a word of the year (or your life in general)? If not, get one. If your word is to simplify, then look around you and see if your life choices are in tune with that word. Reevaluate relationships, your job, what you buy, who you talk to, how you spend your time, your décor, everything.

This is an important action, because if you forget to do it regularly, then your choices will overwhelm you and you will grow further and further away from what you want to cultivate in your life.

I am here to remind you of the hot summer days of childhood, when school was out and time slowed to a standstill. You were in your element back then. Are you still now?

Every day can be a day of the sun, even on dreary days. Find your element again. Find you. Your inner child is waiting for you come play, so why not set it free?

I am here to remind you that life isn't always about paying the bills and doing adulty things. Sometimes it's about running barefoot in the grass and connecting to the planet that sustains you.

I am the bringer of light in the darkness. I illuminate what is hidden. On my brightest nights, you can see everything, almost as clear as daytime. Sometimes I don't shine at all, and you have to create your own light in order to see what's lurking around.

I am here to remind you to look beneath the surface of things, as they are never the truth. The truth is always underneath. Be brave. Because the truth will set you free.

I am the cosmos that remind you that in the grand scheme of things, the little problems don't matter. Life is so much bigger than just us.

I am here to remind you that you are not alone. That the stars you are seeing in the sky are the same stars your ancestors looked up at and wondered about the meaning of life, universe and everything.
