Consider starting a partnership with someone, whether with a family member or a friend.  Work together with someone to work something out.  Call a friend or family member and check in on them.

Remember, that connecting with people that bring our souls up (rather than down) are the only ones worth connecting with.  Too much connection with toxic people is bad for your mental health and your soul.  So only choose to give your time, your thoughts, and your love to those who deserve it.
